| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨组合式Forsus矫治器（the Combined Forsus Appliances,CFA）对青少年生长发育期安氏Ⅱ1错的矫治效果。方法：选择13例处于生长发育前期及高峰期的安氏Ⅱ1错患者,应用组合式Forsus矫治器进行平均5.5个月的矫治,通过头影测量评判矫治效果。结果：13例患者下颌后缩面型明显改善。结论：组合式Forsus矫治器可以进行早期功能矫治,能够有效地改善Ⅱ类面型,降低了二期固定矫治的难度、提高了矫治效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment effect with the Combined Forsus Appliances （CFA） in curing young people＇s Angel II malocclusion. Methods 13 Angel II cases during pre-peak or peak period had been choosed, treated with CFA for an average of 5.5 months,evaluated treatment effect through cephalometric measurement. Results All cases have gained significant improvement with their mandibular retrognathia faces. Conclusion CFA can be used in early functional treatment,improved class II face type,decreased the difficult of the second periods and enhanced treatment effects. |
