哈尔滨地区正常成人Steiner分析法正常值的研究

目的：通过正常头颅定位侧位片的测量,建立中国哈尔滨地区汉族正常成人头影测量Steiner分析法的正常值。方法：随机选取哈尔滨地区100例汉族正常成人样本,拍摄正中颌位X线头颅定位侧位片,在Steiner分析法的指导下,描图、定点、测量,得出Steiner分析法的数据。并将哈尔滨地区正常成人Steiner分析法的测量均值与北京、广东、韩国首尔地区地区同年龄组正常成人以及哈尔滨地区儿童Steiner分析法的测量均值进行比较。结果：①建立了哈尔滨地区正常成人Steiner分析法的正常值、标准差和cheveron值;②测量项目中,男女间比较无统计学差异;③与北京、广东、韩国首尔地区同年龄组正常成人以及哈尔滨地区儿童Steiner分析法的测量均值进行比较,存在统计学差异。结论：哈尔滨地区正常成人牙颌颅面结构有其地区、年龄和种族特点,不同人群应有各自相应的正常值标准。

Cephalometric study on Steiner analysis of adults with normal occlusion in Harbin

Objective To establish normal stand value in Harbin by means of Steiner analysis. Methods 100 cases of adults in Harbin with normal occlusion were selected,standard lateral cranial X-ray films were taken and cephalometric Steiner analysis was performed. The results between sexes,two dentitions and different areas were compared by t-test. Results ：1 Cephalometric Steiner normal standard value,standard deviation and Cheveron analysis chart were established. 2There is no difference between male and female. 3.Difference is shown in some measurements with normal occlusion between the people from Beijing,Guangdong and Korea. Conclusion Cephalometric Steiner normal standard values are different in the age, areas and nations.
