术尔泰与湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤的疗效比较

目的 比较术尔泰与湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤的临床疗效.方法 120例烧伤患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例.对照组采用湿润烧伤膏涂抹,观察组采用术尔泰外敷.观察两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间和创面感染率.结果 观察组显效率为75.0%（45160）,对照组为50.0%（30/60）,差异有统计学意义（Х^2=8.00,P＜0.01）;观察组总有效率为98.3%（59/60）,对照组为95.0%（57/60）,差异无统计学意义（Х^2=0.26,P＞0.05）;观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,创面感染率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 相比湿润烧伤膏,术尔泰疗效显著,愈合时间快,感染率低,值得临床推广应用.

Comparison of the efficacy of Shuertai and MEBO in treatment of burn wounds

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of Shuertai and MEBO in treatment of burn wounds.Methods 120 burn patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group smear with MEBO, the observation group were treated with Shuertai external application.Clinical efficacy,wound healing time and wound infection rates were compared between groups. Results The observation group excellence rate was 75.0%(45/60) ,the control group was 50.0%(30/60) ,the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.00,P＜0.01) ;the total effective rate in observation group was 98.3%(59/60) ,the control group was 95.0%(57/60) ,the difference was not statistically significant(x2 =0.26,P＞0.05);wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, wound infection rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was all statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with MEBO,Shuertai has a significant effect,faster healing time,infection rate,worthy of clinical application.
