两种类型下睑内翻倒睫的手术治疗

目的：观察分析两种类型下睑内翻倒睫手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：对先天性睑内翻倒睫患者,一般采用下穹窿皮肤穿线术、L形皮肤切除去除赘皮及肥厚的轮匝肌两种手术方式。对老年痉挛性睑内翻倒睫患者,采用增强下睑皮肤眶隔张力、眼轮匝肌增强术。结果：本组102例198眼,均Ⅰ期愈合,术后1周180只眼全部矫正,24只眼轻度过矫。术后1月,191只眼全部矫正（占96.46%）,4只眼轻度过矫（占2.02%）,3只眼轻度欠矫（占1.52%）。结论：在下睑内翻倒睫的手术治疗中,只有根据患者的实际情况灵活运用手术方式,才会使得术后效果满意。
