经外侧裂显微手术治疗高血压基底节区脑出血42例

摘    要:目的 探讨经外侧裂显微手术治疗基底节区脑出血的疗效.方法 对42例高血压性基底节区脑出血急诊行经外侧裂入路显微手术清除血肿.结果 采用日常生活活动评分(ADL)评定预后,Ⅰ级5例,Ⅱ级19例,Ⅲ级16例,Ⅳ1例,死亡1例.结论 经外侧裂入路显微手术治疗高血压基底节区脑出血是一种损伤小、疗效好的微创手术方法.

Microsurgery via transsylvian fissure: A treatment of intracerebral hematomas in basal ganglia region

Abstract:Objective To study the therapeutic effects on cerebral hematomas in basal ganglia region by microneurosurgery via transsylvian fissure.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 42 cases with cerebral hematomas in basal ganglia region which were treated by microsurgery via transsylvian fissure-insular approach in our department from 2005 to 2010.Results The patients were evaluated by activities of daily living(ADL) after the operation.GradeⅠwas found in 5 cases,GradeⅡin 19 cases,Grade Ⅲ in 16 cases,Grade Ⅳ in 1 case,and death in 1 case.Conclusion Microneurosurgery via transsylvian-insular approach for the treatment of cerebral hematomas in basal ganglia region is a kind of minimally invasive method with less damage and better effects.
