中药熏蒸法对膝骨关节炎患者本体感觉的重建效果

目的观察规范的中药熏蒸操作法对膝关节骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）患者本体感受恢复的临床效果。方法 2007年4月—2009年7月按入院先后顺序随机将60例患者分为实验组和对照组各30例,分别采用中药熏蒸和药物治疗,观察两组患者膝关节主动角与被动角的重建与膝关节功能恢复情况。结果实验组患者膝关节主动角与被动角重建速度较对照组加快,WOMAC骨关节指标问卷中VAS分值明显低于对照组。两组患者运动觉在治疗前后均有改善。结论中药熏蒸法可以加快患者本体感觉的恢复,对改善患者的关节肿胀和缓解疼痛具有积极的作用,有利于提高KOA患者的生活质量。
