费宁、费安与HRZ治疗肺结核的临床疗效对比

目的 比较固定剂量复合剂（FDC）费宁、费安与联合运用HIN、RFP、PZA治疗初治菌阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法 选择80例经痰菌检查阳性而确诊的初治肺结核病人,随机分为两组，实验组42例用2费宁＋E／4费安方案,对照组38例用2HRZE／4HR方案。结果 实验组和对照组2个月痰菌阴转率分别为85％、83．8％,3个月痰菌阴转率分别为92．5％、91．9％，6个月痰菌阴转率分别为95％、94．6％。两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论 运用费宁、费安抗结核治疗有效、方便、病人依从性好，便于督导,可在一定范围内替代INH、RFP、PZA。

Comparions of clinical effects of Feining and Feian, and of HRZ in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To compare the clinical effects of FDC (Feining and Feian) and combination of INH, RFP and PZA in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with positive sputum tubercle bacilli.WT6HXMethods Eighyty pulmonary tuberculosis patients with positive tubercle bacilli were chosen and randomly divided into two groups: study group (n=42) and control group (n=38). Two Feining E/4 Feian were given to the study group and 2HRZE/4HR to the control group.Results After two-month treatment, sputum tubercle bacilli turned-into-negative rate for study group and control group were respectively 85% and 83.8%, and after 3 months the rates were 92.5% and 91.1%, and after 6 months the rates were 95% and 94.6%. There was no significant difference in two groups in the rate comparions (P>0.05).Conclusion FDC (Feining and Feian) are same effective as combination of INH, RFP and PZA, but the formeris more convenient and has better compliance.
