| 摘 要： | 目的：评价磁治疗带预防髋膝关节术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的疗效。方法：48例接受髋膝周围手术的患者随机分为2组，预防组术后应用磁治疗带治疗，对照组不采用任何预防措施，术后4－7d行患侧静脉造影，了解深静脉血栓的发生情况。结果：对照组中8例发生DVT占33．3％，预防组中1例占4．2％。2组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论：磁治疗带能安全，有效地预防髋膝关节及其周围手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of magnetic band for postoperative deep vein thrombosis (DVT) following hip and knee surgery. Methods: Forty eight patients undergoing hip and knee orthopedic procedures were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the preventing group, the patients received the postoperative treatment of magnetic band, while in the control group, no preventing measures were given. For all patients, venegraphy was performed on the operated leg 4 to 7 days after surgery to know the occurrence of DVT. Results: DVT occurred in 8 patients ( 33.3% ) of the control group and 1 patient( 4.2% ) of the preventing group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: The magnetic band can safely and effectively prevent the postoperative DVT following hip and knee surgery. |
