临床教学中缄默知识传授的研究与探索

摘    要:目的本文阐述缄默知识的概念和特征,分析临床教学中缄默知识的作用和意义,探索临床教学中对缄默知识传授方法的改进和提高。方法分析缄默知识的特点,研究在临床教学中缄默知识的影响,以及带教老师的缄默知识对教学的影响。结果根据缄默知识的特点,在教学中通过提高缄默知识重要性的认识,提高教学技能和技巧以及借助新技术等方法,加强临床教学中缄默知识的传授。结论缄默知识是知识体系中的重要组成部分,缄默知识具有只可意会难以言传的特点,应在临床教学过程中重视缄默知识的传授。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this paper is to elaborate the definition and feature of tacit knowledge and analysis the significance of the tacit knowledge in clinical medical education.Methods Analysis the characteristic of tacit knowledge,study the influence of tacit knowledge in clinical teaching and the effect of tacit knowledge of teacher in education.Results According to the characteristics of tacit knowledge,it is necessary to know the importance of tacit knowledge,to improve teaching skills and techniques as well as with new technology,to strengthen the teaching of tacit knowledge in clinical teaching.Conclusion Tacit knowledge is the important component of knowledge systems.Tacit knowledge is hard to be explained in words,it should pay attention to tacit knowledge during the education.
