等离子前列腺电切术后出血的相关原因及应对措施分析

目的对等离子前列腺电切术后出血的相关原因进行探讨,并总结出相应的措施,以减少此类并发症的发生。方法选取我院自2007年3月至2011年4月期间行等离子前列腺电切术的患者80例,对以上患者进行回顾性分析,以上患者采用等离子前列腺电切术的方法进行手术,对患者术后进行观察与分析,找出引起出血的相关因素,然后指导患者预防。结果出现并发症的患者有12例,有早期出血的患者2例,占16.7%,近期出血的患者7例,占58.3%,远期出血的患者3例,占25.0%。结论等离子前列腺电切术是治疗前列腺增生的有效方法,术前详细了解患者病史,术中严格按照规程操作,术后有效处理及预防措施是减少术后出血发生的关键。

Plasma Prostate Cutting Postoperative Bleeding Reason and the Related Measures Analysis

Objective To explores the cause of plasma prostate cutting postoperative bleeding related,and summed up the relevant measures to reduce the complications.Methods Selected 80 cases since March 2007 to April 2011 did prostate electricity and took retrospectively analysis,more people by using plasma prostate electricity cut method of operation method,and then the patients operation was performed observation and analysis,find out the bleeding of related related factors,and then guide patients prevent.Results There were 12 cases of patients,patients with early bleeding in 2 cases,16.7%,bleeding 7 cases of recent patients,58.3%,forward bleeding in 3 patients,25.0%.Conclusion Plasma prostate electricity cut method is the effective way to treat prostate hyperplasia,preoperative patients with detailed understanding of history,perioperative,strictly according to the procedures,the effective treatment and prevention measures is the key to reduce the complications occurred.
