护理干预对无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效影响

目的探讨护理干预对无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭疗效的影响。方法将108例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分成2组,观察组54例,给予无创正压通气治疗以及护理干预;对照组54例,给予无创正压通气治疗。现比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组、对照组治疗后pH、PaO2显著升高,PaCO2、RR、HR显著下降,治疗前后相比差异有极其显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗前后pH、PaO2升高幅度,PaCO2、RR、HR降低幅度显著大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以提高无创正压通气治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的疗效,适宜的护理干预措施是有效治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的保障要素之一。

Nursing Intervention on Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure Impact

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on therapeutic effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated by respiratory failure treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.Methods 108 patients with COPD complicated by respiratory failure were divided into 2 groups randomly,and the observation group included 54 patients and received nursing intervention and noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,and the control group included 54 patients and only received noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.Results The pH,PaO2 of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the PaCO2,RR,HR of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the change extent of pH,PaO2,PaCO2,RR,HR between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention is able to improve the therapeutic effect of patients with COPD complicated by respiratory failure treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,and the appropriate nursing intervention methods is one of protection factor for patients with COPD complicated by respiratory failure.
