| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫内膜癌化疗的临床护理分析。方法对39例子宫内膜癌患者化疗前后进行心理护理、对症护理等,观察患者的疗效。结果本组39例均消除恐惧、焦虑心理,能配合治疗。23例发生轻度胃肠道反应,7例脱发,4例口腔溃疡,3例出现肝脏损害,3例出现轻微过敏反应,1例发生静脉炎,5例发生骨髓抑制,对症处理后症状均有所减轻减轻,患者均顺利完成化疗出院。结论通过对子宫内膜癌患者化疗期间的护理,保证了化疗的顺利进行,提高了治疗效果,减轻了患者的痛苦,使患者树立战胜疾病的信心,提高了患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical care in of endometrial cancer.Methods the effects of psychological nursing and symptomatic nursing on 39 patients with endometrial cancer were observed before and after chemotherapy.Results 39 patients can cooperate the doctor for treatment without any fear and anxiety.Conclusion Nursing the patients with endometrial cancer within chemotherapy is helpful for the running of chemotherapy,enhancement of the treatment,alleviation in pain as well as building the confi dence against the disease and raising their lives level. |
