摘    要:目的探讨CT引导经皮微创技术治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效,并与开放手术治疗进行比较。方法选取2006年10月至2011年12月在院治疗的脊柱结核患者56例随机分为A、B两组,A组采用CT引导经皮微创技术治疗,B组采用开放手术治,对两组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、局部化疗时间、全身化疗时间方面进行比较。结果 A组在手术时间、局部化疗时间、全身化疗时间上均比B组短,而且术中出血量比B组少,两组比较差异性显著据有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用CT引导经皮微创技术治疗脊柱结核疗效确切,并且克服了传统手术存在的缺陷,手术操作简便、安全、时间短、出血少是理想的微创手术方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the CT-guided percutaneous minimally invasive treatment of spinal tuberculosis which were compared with open surgery.Method From 2006 October to December 2011 in hospital for treatment of spinal tuberculosis,56 cases of patients were randomLy divided into two groups(A,B),group A: CT-guided percutaneous minimally invasive surgery,group B: open surgery rule,the two groups in operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,local time chemotherapy,systemic chemotherapy time.Results A group at the time of surgery,local chemotherapy,time,systemic chemotherapy time and blood loss were shorter than group B,and the difference was significant according to statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion CT guided through the skin minimally invasive treatment of spinal tuberculosis efficacy exact,and to overcome the defects of traditional surgery,the operation is simple,safe,and short,less bleeding is ideal for minimally invasive surgery.
