| 摘 要： | 目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱在治疗抗结核药引起的肝损伤的临床疗效。方法选择2007年5月至2011年12月住院患者86例,多烯(治疗组)45例,和甘草酸二胺41例(对照组),观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征及肝功能的变化。结果两组治疗前后临床症状、肝功能比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多烯治疗抗结核药引起的肝损伤能迅速恢复肝功能,是治疗此类肝损伤的有效选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of anti tuberculosis drug induced liver injury.Methods 2007 May-2011 December inpatients 86 cases,polyene(treatment group) in 45 cases,and two glycyrrhizic acid amine 41 cases(control group),to observe the changes of symptoms,signs and liver function of the two groups patients before and after the treatment.Results The diffrences in clinical manifestation and liver function were statistically signif icant between before and after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of anti tuberculosis drug induced liver injury can quickly restore liver function.It is an effective choice in treatment of liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs. |
