小儿实体瘤患者护理中静脉化疗给药方式的改进

目的改进小儿实体瘤静脉化疗给药方法,减少病人化疗期间的不良反应。方法通过细致的临床护理观察,在不影响药物疗效的基础上,调整用药顺序,控制输液速度,加强化疗药物用药知识宣教。结果化疗辅助用药对提高机体免疫力,降低抗肿瘤药物的毒性,保证化疗顺利进行具有重要意义。通过改进化疗药物的给药方式,病人化疗期间的不良反应明显减少,夜间休息时间增加,同时也减轻了护理人员的工作负担。结论调整静脉化疗用药顺序,控制输液速度,有利于提高化疗用药安全性,保证化疗顺利进行,同时也降低患者的痛苦。

An improved intravenous chemotherapy drug delivery scheme favourable to the care of pediatric patients with solid tumors

Objective The study attempted to improve the existing intravenous chemotherapy drug delivery method so as to reduce disagreeable response of the body to the therapy.Method In accordance with the new scientific knowledge obtained from meticulous clinical observation,the existing arrangement of drug delivery was re-ordered and the infusion rate was adjusted,which was made on the condition that the efficiency of the drugs remained as sound.Result Chemotherapy drugs can improve immunity,reduce the toxicity of anticancer drugs,and warrants a smooth progress of chemotherapy.The re-ordered drug delivery can not only reduce uncomfortable reactions resulting from the chemotherapy,lengthen the time for rest at night,but also reduce the nursing staff’s workload.Conclusion Adjusting the intravenous chemotherapy drug order can control the infusion rate.It helps to improve chemotherapy drug safety,to ensure chemotherapy to be conducted smoothly and thus reduce the suffering of patients.
