B型超声在腹部损伤诊断中的临床应用价值

目的探讨B超在腹部损伤诊断中的临床运用价值。方法系统地回顾分析于2000年7月至2011年7月在我院经B型超声诊断并经CT、手术等证实的157例腹部损伤的超声影像图表现。结果 B超对腹部实质脏器和空腔脏器损伤的诊断符合率分别为87.70%和34.21%。结论超声对腹部实质性脏器损伤诊断准确率较高,能为临床治疗提供极有价值的影像学信息,是腹部损伤后首选的影像学检查方法,但对某些空腔脏器损伤的诊断准确率较低。

B Mode Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Injury in Clinical Application

Objective To explore B ultrasound in abdominal injury diagnosis in clinical application.Method Systematic review from 2000 July to 2011 July in our hospital through the B type ultrasonic diagnosis and operation by CT,such as the 157 confirmed cases of abdominal trauma ultrasound images show.Results B ultrasound in abdominal parenchymal organs and hollow viscus injury diagnosis coincidence rate is respectively 87.70% and 34.21%.Conclusion Ultrasound in injuries of abdominal parenchymal viscera higher diagnostic accuracy,can provide basis for clinical treatment of extremely valuable imaging information,abdominal injury is the preferred imaging methods,but for some hollow organ injury diagnostic accuracy is low.
