子宫内膜癌75例的临床与病理特点分析

摘    要:目的探讨并分析子宫内膜癌的临床与病理特点。方法以2007年1月至2011年12月期间本院收治的75例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,以是否绝经为分组标准,分为绝经组和绝经前组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果绝经前子宫内膜癌患者以月经异常为主要表现,绝经后以阴道不规则出血为主,病理特点比较,绝经前组的浸润程度较轻,组织分级较高,淋巴结转移较为少见,5年生存率显著高于绝经后组。结论绝经前后子宫内膜癌患者的临床与病理特点不同,早期发现、早期诊断和治疗对改善子宫内膜癌患者预后,提高生存率等具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical and pathologic characteristics for 75 cases of endometrial cancer patients.Methods 75 cases of endometrial cancer patients diagnosed in our hospital from In January 2007 to December 2011 were taken as the study objects,on the basis of whether menopause,they were divided into menopause group and pre-menopause group.The clinical materials were retropectively analyzed.Results The main characteristic of pre-menopause endometrial cancer patients was menstrual abnormalities,while after the menopause,it turned to irregular vaginal bleeding.For the pathologic characteritics,the depth of invasion of the pre-menopause group was lower than that of the menopause one,and the histological grade higher,5-year survival rate obvious higher.Conclusion The clinical and pathologic characteritics of pre-menopause and menopause groups were different,so to detect early,diagnose early and treat them is helpful to the pregnosis of endometrial cancer patients improvement and survival rate increase.
