经阴道探头与经腹部探头相结合对诊断异位妊娠的临床价值

目的探讨经阴道与经腹部探头相结合对诊断异位妊娠价值。方法回顾我院采用经阴道与经腹部探头结合对照检查196例异位妊娠患者腹盆腔情况。结果经阴道探头有利于清晰地观察到盆腔子宫附件内膜细微病变,不足之处是视野极小,需要具有相当的经验才能获得满意的图像并给予正确的解释,如果操作者未经过正规训练,阴道超声可导致错误的诊断。结论经阴道探头加上经腹探头相结合使用,二者取长补短,更能准确地显示腹盆腔宫外孕情况,避免选用单一的检查方法使病灶显示不佳或内出血检测不周造成的漏诊或误诊。

Clinical Value of Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy by the Combining Method of Vaginal Probe and Abdominal Probe

Objective] Objective To explore the clinical value of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by the combining method of vaginal probe and abdominal probe.Methods Review of the inspection on the abdominal and pelvic situation of 196 ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital by the combining method of vaginal probe and abdominal probe.Results It’s clearly inspected the subtle lesions of the intima in the pelvic attachments by vaginal probe while because of the limited fi eld of vision,it requires experienced inspector to obtain the satisfactory images and give the correct interpretation.If operating without formal discipline,transvaginal ultrasound could lead to error diagnosis.Conclusion It’s accurately indicated the situation of ectopic pregnancy by the combining method of vaginal probe and abdominal probe,which is effective to avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis caused by the poor vision of the lesion or detection of ill internal hemorrhage in the single inspection method.
