| 摘 要： | 检测了１例肾移植患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）的动态水平，结果显示，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ可作为肾移植排斥反应的监测指标。

| Abstract: | Soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in serum samples from a patient with renal transplantation.It suggested that assay for plasma/serum sIL-2R may be useful clinically to the differential diagnosis of renal allograft rejection. |
