| 摘 要： | 目的介绍腹腔镜切除小儿发育异常肾脏的手术方法。方法经腹腔镜在膀胱两侧找到异位开口的输尿管，提起输尿管并进行游离，向上直至分离出肾脏，用钛夹钳夹肾蒂，切除肾脏。结果腹腔镜顺利切除肾脏，肾脏直径约1～2cm。术后病理诊断肾发育异常。结论应用腹腔镜切除小儿发育异常肾脏是一种安全，简单，创伤小的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce laparoscopic nephrectomy for atrophic kidney associated with ectopic ureter in children. Methods The ectopic ureter can be detected in bilaterals of bladder through laparoscopy. The ureter was grasped and divided upward. The atrophic kidney can be identified. The vessels of kidney were clipped. The kidney and ureter were removed. Results whole kidney was removed successfully using a laparoscopic technique. Diameter of kidneys was about 1-2cm. Histological examination of the resected kidney showed dyspIasia and hypoplasia. Conclusions laparoscopic nephrectomy is a safe and reliable procedure. |
