围生期脑静脉血栓形成--6例报告并文献复习

目的 探讨围生期脑静脉血栓形成的临床特点及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析6例围生期脑静脉血栓形成患的临床资料。结果 6例年龄20～27岁。2例在产前发病，4例在产后2～11小时发病。5例以头痛、视物不清为首发症状，1例以四肢抽搐起病。5例有妊高征病史，尤以舒张压升高明显，实验室检查血液呈高凝浓缩状态，MR表现为多发性梗塞灶。应用脱水、扩容、抗凝治疗，全部治愈。结论 对于妊高征患，围生期出现头痛、视物不清、昏迷应怀疑脑静脉血栓形成，及早行MR检查及治疗，预后良好。

Cerebral venous thrombosis during perinatal period

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of cerebral venous thrombosis during perinatal period. Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with cerebral venous thrombosis during perinatal period were analyzed retrospectively. Results The age of 6 patients ranged from 20-27 years old.The onset of 2 patients was in the prenatal period,4 in the puerperal period.Five patients presented with headache and blurring of vision at the beginning,and 1 with convulsion of the extremities.Five patients had hypertension of pregnancy with diastolic pressure increasing significantly. Laboratory testing found hypercoagulability of the blood and MRI showed multiple cerebral infarction foci.After the treatment of dehydration,anti-coagulation and increasing blood volume were performed,all 6 patients had recovered. Conclusion The pregnant women of hypertension who present with headache,blurring of vision and coma during the perinatal period, should be suspected to be cerebral venous thrombosis.Early MRI examination and treatment are very important to prognosis.
