| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨复发乳腺癌患者血清IGF-1、CAl53水平的变化及临床意义。方法 对169例乳腺癌复发组患者、186例乳腺癌无复发组患者，用ELISA法和RIA法分别测定血清IGF-1和CAl53水平。结果 乳腺癌复发组患者血清IGF-1、CAl53水平[（183.3±33.6）、（75.8±6.7）]均高于乳腺癌无复发组患者[（89.7±21.5）、（16.9±4.3）]，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并且IGF-1水平与CAl53水平呈正相关（r=0.63，P<0.05）。结论 乳腺癌患者术后血清IGF-1、CAl53的水平变化可能有助于预测乳腺癌复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum IGF-1 and CA153 levels in patients with recurrence of breast cancer. Methods The serum levels of IGF-1 and CA153 in 169 patients with recurrence of breast cancer, 186 patients without recurrence of breast cancer were determined by ELISA and RIA respectively. Results The serum levels of IGF-1 and CA153 in patients with recurrence of breast cancer [(183.3±33.6), (75.8±6.7)] were significantly higher than those without recurrence of breast cancer [(89.7±21.5), (16.9±4.3) (P<0.05). And the serum levels of IGF-1 were positively correlated with the levels of CA153 (r=0.67, P<0.05). Conclusion The postoperative change of serum levels of IGF-1 and CA153 in patients with breast cancer might be helpful to predict the recurrence of breast cancer. |
