活血通腑散外敷对轻型急性胰腺炎患者肠功能影响的临床观察

The Clinical Effective on Mild Acute Pancreatitis Treated with Huoxuetongfu Powder

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxuetongfu Powder on incipient mild acute pancreatitis. Methods 37 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with foundation treatment. The other group added the treatment of Huoxuetongfu Powder. Results Only 33 patients were included in the last analysis. Comparison between the two groups, the treatment group showed significant superiority in the reduction of Recovery time of bowel sounds and re-feeding time(P<0.05).But other indexes were no significant differences in two groups(P>0.05) .Conclusion Huoxuetongfu Powder can be effective for treating the incipient mild acute pancreatitis.
