回肠新膀胱术后远期尿潴留的治疗体会(附4例报告)

目的：总结回肠新膀胱术后远期尿潴留的原因及治疗体会。方法：对4例回肠新膀胱术后远期（3月以后）出现急慢性尿潴留患者在一般个人资料、临床表现及治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果：4例均出现不同程度的肾功能损坏及尿路感染等情况，粘液分泌过多及缺乏有效新膀胱功能锻炼是引起尿潴留的主要原因，经间断新膀胱冲洗后1例恢复正常排尿，3例行新膀胱耻骨上穿刺造瘘术，术后肾功能恢复正常。结论：对回肠新膀胱术后远期尿潴留可采用穿刺造瘘术，有效预防进一步对肾功能的损害。

Experience on the treatment of further urinary retention after ileal orthotopic neobladder(A report of 4 cases)
