马来酸桂哌齐特与丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效比较

目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特和丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择该院2010年1月—2011年12月住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者82例分为治疗组42例与对照组40例,治疗组应用马来酸桂哌齐特320 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500 mL中静滴治疗,对照组应用丹红注射液30 mL加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静滴治疗,两组均为14 d为1疗程。治疗后比较两组临床效果。结果神经功能缺损评分治疗组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率为88.1%,对照组总有效率为70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后血液流变学指标均比治疗前明显下降,但治疗组血液流变学指标的下降明显优于对照组,两组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死疗效明显优于丹红注射液,值得临床推广。

Cinepazide Maleate and Danhong Injection Compared the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objection Observed Cinepazide Maleate and Danhong injection in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods The 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group 42 cases,maleic acid cinepazide 320mg,intravenous infusion,once daily;control group,40 cases Danhong Injection 30 mL,intravenous infusion once a day.By adding 5% glucose injection 250ml in;14d for a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group than the control group 88.1% of the total effective rate 70%;And changes in blood rheology before and after treatment the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion Cinepazide maleate for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,especially in light,medium,a safe and effective drugs in patients.
