亚低温治疗急性重症脑出血的疗效观察

目的研究亚低温治疗急性重症脑出血的体会,并探讨亚低温对重症脑出血的神经保护作用机制。方法选择我院2008年1月—2012年1月急性重症脑出血住院患者60例,按来诊先后顺序分为亚低温治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予单纯常规药物治疗,亚低温治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予局部亚低温治疗。评定两组患者病死率、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)和生命体征变化。结果治疗14天后,亚低温治疗组存活25例(83.3%),死亡5例(16.7%),对照组存活18例(60.0%),死亡12例(40.0%),两组病死率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后GCS评分、体温、心率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血压和血氧饱和度(SPO2)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论亚低温治疗能使患者的脑功能得到最大限度的保护,明显改善其神经功能,提高生存率。

Clinical Studies of Mild hypothermia Treatment of Acute Severe Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective Summary of mild hypothermia in the treatment of acute severe cerebral hemorrhage,experience and explore the mechanism of the neuroprotective effect of mild hypothermia on severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Our hospital from January 2006 to December 2010 with clinically diagnosed acute severe cerebral hemorrhage in-patients a total of 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.Hypothermia treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 cases,treatment lasted 14 days.Results There were significant differences in the treatment group and control group,the survival rate of severe disability,mortality.Conclusion Mild hypothermia therapy enables the patient′s brain function to the greatest degree of protection,and significantly improved neurological function and improve survival.
