初孕两种不同流产方式对再次妊娠的影响

目的 探讨初孕妇女药物流产和人工流产对再妊娠的影响。方法 采用回顾性调查方法对226例有药物流产史及260例有人工流产史的初孕妇女进行比较，随访其再妊娠分娩结局。结果 两种流产对新生儿是安全的，但流产造成妊娠期先兆流产、自然流产、前置胎盘发生率，药物流产组明显低于人工流产组，分娩期并发症也是药物流产组明显低于人工流产组。结论 初孕妇女药物流产后缩短阴道出血时间对再妊娠的影响比人工流产明显减小，其安全性较大，值得在临床推广应用。

The effect of two different abortion for the first gestation on the second pregnancy

Objective To investigate the effect of drug abortion and artificial abortion for the first gestation on the second pregnancy.Methods Retrospective study was conducted to compare the outcomes of the second gestation of 226 women with history of drug abortion for their first gestation to 260 women with history of artificial abortion.Results Both of the abortion methods were safe for the newborns,but the incidences of threatened abortion,spontaneous abortion and placenta previa were significantly lower in drug abortion group than in artificial abortion group,as well as the incidence of labor complications.Conclusions With shortened vaginal bleeding time,drug abortion for the first gestation has less effect on the second gestation than artificial abortion,so that the drug abortion is safe and worth of clinical popularizing.
