妊高征肾病患者治疗前后血浆ET、CGRP和血清NO、NOS检测的临床意义

目的：探讨了妊高征肾病患者治疗前后血浆ET、CGRP和血清NO、NOS含量的变化及临床意义。方法：采用放射免疫分析和化学法对66例妊高征肾病患者进行了治疗前后血浆ET、CGRP和血清NO、NOS测定,并与35名正常健康孕妇作比较。结果：在治疗前血浆ET和血清NO、NOS水平非常显著地高于正常孕妇组（P〈0.01）,而血浆CGRP水平非常显著地低于正常孕妇组（P〈0.01）,经治疗后一个月则与正常孕妇组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：检测妊高征肾病患者治疗前后血浆ET、CGRP和血清NO、NOS水平的变化对了解病情、观察疗效和预后均具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Determination of Plasma ET, CGRP and Serum NO, NOS Levels After Treatment in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension (PIH) Complicated with Nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of plasma ET, CGRP and serum NO, NOS levels after treatment in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension （PIH） complicated with nephropathy. Methods Plasma ET, CGRP （with RIA） and serum NO, NOS （with biochemistry） levels were determined in 66 patients with PIH complicated with nephrophy both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls. Results Before treatment, the plasma ET and serum NO, NOS levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls （ P 〈 0.01 ） , while the plasma CGRP levels were significantly lower than those in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment for one month, all the levels were not significantly different from those in controls （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Changes of plasma ET, CGRP and serum NO, NOS contents after treatment might be of prognostic importance in patients with PIH complicated with nephrophy.
