| 摘 要： | 目的分析鼻咽癌根治性放疗后颈淋巴结复发或残留采用外科治疗的疗效及影响因素。方法回顾性分析1997年-2000年住院的52例鼻咽癌根治性放疗后颈淋巴结复发或残留行手术治疗患者的资料。结果术后3年、5年生存率为51.9%和40.4%,残留颈部淋巴结大小,是否包膜外侵犯与患者的预后有关(p<0.05),而性别、年龄与患者生存率无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论颈淋巴结清扫术是治疗鼻咽癌根治性放疗后颈淋巴结复发或残留的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of neck dissection for the recurrent and persistent lymph node of NPC after radiotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 52 cases of NPC with recurrent and persistent lymph node were analyzed retrospectively.Results The 3 and 5 year survival rates were 51.9% and 40.4%.The size of the lymph nodes and the involvement of the capsule of the lymph nodes had correlate to the survival rate(p<0.05),except for sex and age(p>0.05).Conclusion The neck dissection is an effective method in improving the survival rate of NPC with recurrent and persistent lymph node. |
