| 摘 要： | 目的]观察益气养阴活血汤对糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）患者的临床疗效。方法]选择80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者，分为两组，治疗组加用益气养阴活血汤治疗，均治疗8周，观察治疗前后血糖以及神经电生理变化。结果]治疗后血糖降低：神经传导速度增快，与治疗前比较，有明显差异（P〈0．15）。结论]益气养阴活血汤能改善周围神经病变患者的血糖，增快神经传导速度。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe Yiqi Yangyin Decoction of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods ] select 80 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients, divided into two groups, treatment group were Yiqi Yangyin Decoction treatment, treatment of 8 weeks were observed before and after treatment of blood glucose as well as changes in nerve electrophysiology. Results ] After treatment to lower blood sugar： nerve conduction speed, and treatment earlier, there is significant difference （P 〈 0.15 ）. Conclusion] Yiqi Yangyin Decoction can improve the peripheral neuropathy in patients with blood glucose, nerve conduction velocity faster. |
