| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同类型胃癌P53基因表达情况，协助进一步判断肿瘤的恶性程度。方法：用免疫组化ABC法，对不同类型胃癌进行对比检查。结果：胃肝样腺癌P53基因表达明显高于其它类型胃癌。结论：检查胃癌，尤其是胃肝样腺癌P53基因表达，给临床的治疗及判断病人预后提供了重要指标。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the P53 gene expressin in different tyes of stomach cancer cells and evaluate the malignant de-gree of the turmor. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed in various types of stomach cancer by a standard a-vidin-biotin-peroxidase(ABC) technique. Results: The expression of P53 gene in hepatoid adenocarcinoma of stomach was higher than other types of gastric carcinoma. Conclusion: Examining P53 gene expression in stomach adenocarcinoma especidlly in the hepatoid adenocacinoma possessed an important significance in evaluating therapeutic effect and its prognosis. |
