| 摘 要： | 为了观察恶性肿瘤化疗后引致白细胞减少的治疗效果,1996年7月至9月,病理确诊恶性肿瘤患者经化疗后引致的白细胞减少78例,随机分成三组:A组G-CSF组21例,B组升白欣组28例,C组一般升白细胞治疗组29例,结果表明,G-CSF总有效率85.7％,高于升白欣组的53.6％(P<0.05),明显高于一般治疗组的24.1％(P<0.01)。在三组中,G-CSF疗效最好,升白欣则次之,一般升白细胞药的治疗效果最差。

| Abstract: | From July 1996 to September 1996, 78 cases of malignant tumors with leukocytopenia caused by chemotherapy were randomized into three groups: 21 cases of neupogen (G-CSF) group, 28 cases of shengbaixin group and 29 cases of general treatment group- The three groups were analysed. The total effctive rate fast were 85. 7%, 53. 6% and 24. 1% for G-CSF group,shengbaxian group and the generd at treatment grup, respectively . The respone rate of G-CSF group is higher than that of Shengbaixin group (P<0. 05), and significantly enhanced than that in the general treatment group (P<0. 01). Best result is seen in G-CSF group. Better in Shengbaixin group than the general treatment group. |
