集束化管理联合预防性护理对中心静脉导管相关性血流感染及并发症的影响

目的 评价小儿重症肺炎护理中开展综合护理模式的效果。方法 选取2018年11月至2023年1月期间我院收治的小儿重症肺炎患儿65例作为研究对象。通过随机双盲法将患儿分为对照组(30例患儿)与研究组(35例患儿)。对照组采用常规护理;研究组采用常规护理+综合护理。分析对比两组的并发症发生率、疼痛程度、哭闹情况及护理满意度。结果 护理后,研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组哭闹情况显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小儿重症肺炎护理中应用综合护理模式,能减少并发症,缓解疼痛,改善哭闹情况,提高护理满意度。

Application analysis of accelerated nursing concept in nursing care of liver, gallbladder, pancreas, and spleen surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing model in the nursing of severe pneumonia in children. Methods 65 children with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from November 2018 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. The children were divided into control group (30 cases) and study group (35 cases) by random double-blind method. The control group received routine nursing; The study group adopted routine nursing and comprehensive nursing. The complication rate, pain degree, crying situation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After nursing, the complication rate of study group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05); after nursing, VAS pain score of study group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the crying situation of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of family members of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing model in the nursing of children with severe pneumonia can reduce complications, relieve pain, improve crying and improve nursing satisfaction.
