儿童初发白血病未治前的血清前白蛋白测定

目的 :了解前白蛋白 ( PA)在白血病细胞肝浸润诊断中的意义。方法 :对 3 3例患儿在治前及完全缓解后的 2 4例患儿和 3 0例健康儿童对照组 ,通过免疫比浊法测定 PA,并检测其它肝功能值。结果 :3 3例患儿治疗前 ,11例 PA下降 ,3例白蛋白降低 ,3例谷丙转氨酶、9例谷草转氨酶升高 ,1例总胆红素上升 ,治前 PA异常的例数高于肝功能其它值异常的例数。其中经治疗完全缓解后的 2 4例患儿 ,PA及肝功能其它值则均在正常范围。结论 :治前白血病对肝浸润时、PA的变化较肝功能其它值的变化为明显

MEASUREMENT OF SERUM PROALBUMIN IN PRIMARY LEUKEMIA OF CHILDREN BEFORE CHEMOTHERAPY

Objective:To measure serum proalbumin(PA) to evaluate that PA may be a sensitive indicator for liver infiltration caused by primary leukemia of children before chemotherapy.Methods:Serum PA was measured in 33 cases before chemotherapy,in 24 cases of them after complete remission and in 30 normal children by immunological nephelometry,meanwhile tests about other liver function were done.Results:Before chemotherapy,in thirty three cases,11 cases of them had lower level of PA( t test compared with PA of normal children, P <0.01),3 had lower level of albumin,3 had high level of ALT,9 had high level of AST and one had high level of total bilirubin.The case's number of lower PA level was higher than that of other abnormal liver function tests.After 24 cases were complete remission,PA and other liver functions of them were normal.Conclusion:Compared with other liver tests,PA seems to be a sensitive indicator for liver infiltration caused by primary leakemia of children before chemotherapy.
