左冠状动脉起源于肺动脉术后的超声观察

摘    要:目的 报告2例左冠状动脉起源于肺动脉术后超声随诊观察结果,并探讨超声心动图在评价肺动脉内腹道手术治疗中的价值。方法 利用超声心动图对2名左冠状动脉起源于肺动脉手术后患者随诊1年,观察心脏变化。结果 患者术后多次行超声心动图检查显示内隧道通畅,冠状动脉供血改善明显,心脏射血分数增加,心内膜厚度恢复正常。结论 超声心动图是评价肺动脉内隧道手术疗效的重要依据。

Abstract:Objective To report the echocardiographic following up results of 2 patients with abnormal origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery and to investigate the significance of echocardiography in evaluating the effect of pulmonary inner tunnel surgery. Methods 2 patients had been followed up to observe heart condition for about 1 year with echocardiography. Results Echocardiography displayed that inner tunnel unobstructed, blood supply of coronary artery improved, eject fraction increased and thickness of endocardium returned to normal. Conclusion Echocardiogram is an important basis on estimating the curative effect of inner tunnel surgery.
