X线平片对颈椎病诊断意义的探讨──156例颈椎病与165例单纯颈椎退变的X线对比

目的本文旨在探讨Ｘ线平片在颈椎病诊断中的意义。材料及方法对１５６例颈椎病及１６５例单纯颈椎退变的Ｘ线平片的各项Ｘ线表现，用两种方法作了对照分析（１）不按Ｘ线改变程度，对两组各项Ｘ线异常的发生率作对照分析；（２）按Ｘ线改变程度，对两组各项Ｘ线明显异常的发生率作对照分析。结果按（１）法，两组在椎体后缘骨刺，曲度异常，椎间隙变窄，钩椎关节及后关节突退变，椎间孔变窄，韧带钙化等各项Ｘ线异常的发生率相差不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）；而按（２）法，两组在上述各项Ｘ线异常及椎体滑脱或旋转，椎管真实失径变窄的发生率相差非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）．结论明显Ｘ线异常对颈椎病有非常重要的诊断意义。

The Value of Radlography for the Diagnostis of Cervlcal Spondylosis

Purpose:This article aimed at studying the value of radiography to the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. Materials and Methods:Two methods were used to analyse 156 cases of cer-vical spondylosis and 165 cases of symptomless degenerative changes in the cervical spine. Their radiographs were(1)analysised not according to their degrees of abnormalities,(2)analyssed ac- cording to their degrees of every abnormalities. Results:By the first methOd,there were not signifi-cant differences in the incidences of abnormalities between the two groups(P>0.05),while by the second methood.the incidences of serious abnormalities were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conculsion:Serious abnormalities in radiographs of cervical spine have great value in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.
