社区干预对高血压患者卫生行为和疗效的作用

目的 探讨社区干预对高血压患者卫生行为和治疗效果的作用。方法 对坪山镇高血压患者有计划地进行社区综合干预，并随访3年，比较干预前、后患者卫生行为和血压控制情况。结果通过3年的社区干预，高血压患者中高盐饮食、吸烟、饮酒、缺乏运动等不良卫生行为有明显改善（P〈0．01），治疗效果明显提高（P〈0.01）。结论 社区干预是预防和治疗高血压的有效方法之一。

Effect of Community Intervention to Health Behaviors of Hypertension Patients and its Treatment Result

Objective To explore the effect of community intervention to health behaviors of hypertension patients and its treatment result.Methods Under systematic community intervention upon 516 hypertension patients in Pingshan town and follow visit for three years.Compare health behaviors and blood pressure in community intervention front and behind.Results After the community intervention had been implemented for three years,the health behaviors of hypertension patients were greatly improved and the treatment results was much better than that of three years before (P<0.01).Conclusion Community intervention is effective methods for preventing and treating hypertension.
