五年追踪一对糖尿病双生子的家系调查及早期干预

目的 第五年追踪病证结合调查一对糖尿病双生子,研究其含二对双生子家族祖孙三辈的肾虚证、血淤证分布特点.方法 用39 项的肾虚证及四诊量表和19项的血淤量表调查家系3 代15 个成员,并进行糖尿病筛查及糖尿病教育.结果 家系中孙、子、祖三辈的四诊、肾虚症状的平均分以1.5～2.0倍递增.血淤证在家系中具有遗传倾向性,血淤症状明显的儿子,其所生女儿血淤程度最重.除先证者糖尿病双生子外,余家系成员尚未发现糖尿病患者.结论 肾虚证积分可见到随年龄增高而增加的趋势;血淤证有一定的先天(遗传) 背景,似有成群分布状态;糖尿病、肾虚证、血淤证均有一定的家族遗传性,需要早期筛查及干预.

Five-Year Tracking--Investigation on A Pair of Duabetic Twins in the Family and the Early Interventian

Objective To study the distribution of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the 3-generations of their family containing two pairs of twins tracking a pair of diabetic twins by combination of disease and syndrome for five years.Methods 15 members of 3-generation pedigree were investigated by kidney deficiency and four diagnosis symptoms questionnaire with 39 items and blood stasis symptoms questionnaire with 19 items.Diabetes screening and diabetes education were carried out in the family.Results The kidney deficiency and four diagnosis symptoms average scores of grandchildren,sons,grandparents generation progressively increased about 1.5～2.0 times.Blood stasis symptoms showed the genetic tendency in the family.One of the sons had the most obvious performance of blood stasis,and his daughter also showed severe blood stasis symptoms.Conclusion Kidney deficiency scores tend to increase with age increased;blood stasis syndrome have a certain degree of innate (genetic) background;diabetes,kidney deficiency,blood stasis syndrome all have certainly inherited the family,and early screening and intervention should be done in the high-risk groups.
