| 摘 要： | 自1986年7月至1995年12月,共收治四肢主要血管损伤67例(81条血管),除1例腘动脉损伤截肢外,余均获成功.作者提出:四肢血管损伤的急救止血,倡导敷料压迫法;显微外科技术在临床的应用,血管重建术成功率明显增高,因而,对于单一的尺或桡动脉、胫前或胫后动脉损伤亦应力求修复,以防寒冷季节肢端出现供血不足等不良表现.

| Abstract: | Summary in this report reviewed the experience of using microsurgical technique in vascular injuries of limbs in our hospital from July 1986 to December 1995, including 67 patients (81 vessels) were succesfully treated. We suggest that bandaging hemostasis is of great use for the emergency treatment, then microsurgical technique for vascular reconstruction. Even though only one artery injuried, such as radial, ulnar, or tibial anterior or posterior, we try our best to repair it so as to avoid ischemia extremity etc, in winter. |
