| 摘 要： | 本文报道吻合血管的原位移植肌用神经缝合、神经植入和双神经支配的形态改变的实验室研究。植入组的神经纤维以原髓鞘外生长方式支配肌纤维为主,可见异常形态和新生的运动终板。双神经支配组的肌肉可在植入及缝合神经部位见到终板的分布区,证实吻合血管的移植肌可重获神经的支配。在获得双神经支配时,因有互补作用而使肌肉神经再支配更加完全。

| Abstract: | This paper reports on experimental study on function of orthotopio muscle transplants with vascular anastomoses, nerve suture, nerve implantation, and dual neurotization. Reinnervation by nerve implantation resected in extraneurial outgrowth and abnormally regenerated, new motor endplates. In muscles with dual neurotization, two separate motor endplate structures appeared at the sites of sutured and implanted nerve, indicating that muscle transplants with microvascular anastomoses can also be reinnervated. But muscle transplants were more completely reinnervated by dual neurotization. |
