颅脑损伤后患者高血糖症的临床研究

目的：探讨颅脑损伤合并高血糖症患者的特点，以及高血糖形成机制及预后的关系。方法：分析本院收治重型颅脑损伤合并高血糖症135例，对其形成机制、治疗及预后情况进行总结。结果：格拉斯哥治疗结果量表（GOS）I级死亡11例、Ⅱ级植物生存9例、Ⅲ级重残20例、Ⅳ级中残28例、V级良好67例，血糖高且难以控制，病死率及致残率高。结论：重型颅脑损伤后血糖升高与脑损伤本身受伤机制有关，早期控制高血糖，能改善颅脑外伤患者的神经功能及预后。

Clinical Research on the Patients with Hyperglycemia after Head Injury

Objective： To observe trait of head injury patients with hyperglycemia, mechanism of hyperglycemia, and relation with prognosis. Method： We summarized the mechanism of hyperglycemia, situation of treatment and prognosis by analyzing 135 cases of brain injury in hospital. Result： According to Glasgow Outcome Scale, 11 cases died, 9 cases were living vegetatively, 20 cases severely disabled, 28 cases moderated disabled, 67 cases had a good recovery, On the condition of head injury patients hyperglycemia which having much difficult to control, cases had significant fatality and disability rate. Conclusion： Hyperglycemia related to injury mechanism in severe craniocerebral injury, hyperglycemia early controlled can effectively improve prognosis and nerve function of patients with brain injury.
