原发性高血压患者个性结构与中医辨证分型的关系

目的探讨原发性高血压患者个性与中医辨证分型的关系。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)进行了心理学检测,对原发性高血压患者进行个性分析并与中医学的个性理论及原发性高血压的中医辨证分型进行对照研究。结果研究发现原发性高血压患者以胆汁质气质类型多见占38.58％。结论原发性高血压的发病与情绪不稳定及性格古怪明显相关,中医辨证以肝火亢盛型多见。提示在原发性高血压的中医辨证论治过程中,应考虑个性因素。

Study on relationships between personality structure and differentiation of symptom and sign of TCM in patients with primary hypertension

Objective The relationships between the personality structure and the Differentiation of Symptom and Sign(DSS)of Traditional Chinese Medicire(TCM)of patients with primary hypertension were studied.Methods The psychological analysis were performed by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ).The relationships between the personality structure of patients with primary hypertension and the personality theory of Traditional Chinese Medical Science(TCMS),and the typing by DSS of TCM were conducted comparatively. Results 38.58％ of patients with primary hypertension belonged to choleric temperament type.Conclusion The onset of primary hypertension wasmarkedly associated with the emotional instability and the bad temperature of the patients.The majority of them were of flaming up of liver fire,which suggest than the personality factors of patients with primary hypertension must be take into account in DSS and treatment of TCM.
