妇产科住院医师临床技能培训的实践与思考

目的:切实提高妇产科住院医师的临床技能操作水平。方法:查阅大量相关文献并结合南京医科大学附属妇产医院的实际情况,加强我院妇产科住院医师临床技能培训。结果:通过“改革传统教学模式,开展混合临床教学”、“紧跟医学教育改革,适时引入模拟教学”、“细化培训内容,制定全方位、个性化培训方案”、“健全考核评价制度,完善培训体系构建”,等多种举措,取得良好效果。结论:开展科学系统的妇产科住院医师临床技能培训,有利于促进妇产科医疗人才梯队的建设,是适应国家全面开放二孩政策的重要举措。

Practice and reflection of clinical skills training for residents of obstetrics and gynecology

Objective:The study aims to improve the clinical skills and operation level of residents in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:We strengthened the training of clinical skills of obstetrics and gynecology residents by reviewing a large number of relevant literatures and combining with the actual situation of Women’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.Result:We had achieved satisfactory results through a variety of measures,such as reforming of the traditional teaching mode and conducting mixed clinical teaching,closely following the reform of medical education and introducing simulation teaching at the right time,elaborating training contents and developing all-round and personalized training programs,improving the assessment and evaluation system and improving the construction of the training system.Conclusion:Clinical skill training is conducive to promoting the construction of obstetrics and gynecology medical talent echelon,which is an important measure to adapt to the country’s two-child policy.
