| 摘 要： | 对美国、欧盟等发达国家和地区的大数据研究计划中健康相关部分进行调研，分析其特色，最后提出我国医疗大数据建设发展建议，包括建立数据统一监管体系、统一数据标准与结构、开放共享数据资源以及开展多学科数据科学人才培训。

| Abstract: | The study on the health-related part of the big data research plans implemented in the United States, the European Union and other developed countries and regions has been carried out.The paper analyzes their specific characteristics, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the building and development of medical big data in China, including building unified data supervising and regulating system, unified standards and structures of data, opening to share data resources, and talent training for multidisciplinary data. |
