| 摘 要： | 文章归纳了ICU转出患者家属迁移应激的评估工具,指出了迁移应激对ICU患者家属的不良影响,讨论了ICU转出患者家属发生迁移应激的诱因。在此基础上,对降低ICU患者家属迁移应激的干预措施进行展望,包括:帮助家属尽快适应新的医疗环境、及时评估并提供心理疏导、规范护士临床交接、提高ICU患者转出效率。
