死胎及胎儿畸形引产后孕妇心理特征与社会及家庭支持的相关性分析

目的通过调查居民对社区卫生服务的认知情况,分析影响认知的相关因素,为家庭医生签约服务可持续发展提出针对性建议。方法采取两阶整群抽样方法,选取上海市虹口区三家社区卫生服务中心共计2 120名常住居民作为调查对象。通过问卷调查,采集居民对社区卫生服务认知相关数据,分析影响其认知的相关因素。结果受访居民的年龄、婚姻、户籍、文化程度及收入水平为影响其认知的主要因素。其中,中老年居民(51~65岁及65岁以上)、已婚、本区、大专/本科及以上学历和收入水平低于50 000元/年的居民整体认知度较高。结论多种形式宣传社区卫生服务功能、加强服务质量和政府主导,完善运行机制,从而引导居民全面正确认知社区卫生服务中心,真正发挥其"健康守门人"的作用。

Analysis of Cognitive Status and Related Factors of Community Health Services

OBJECTIVE To investigate the cognition of residents’ community health services, analyze the related factors affecting cognition, and provide targeted suggestions for the sustainable development of family doctors’ contract service. METHODS A two-stage cluster sampling method was adopted to select 2 120 permanent residents from 3 community health service centers in Hongkou District as the survey objects. Through questionnaire survey, the data of residents’ community health service cognition were collected,and the related factors affecting their cognition were analyzed. RESULTS The age, marriage, household registration, education level and income level of the residents surveyed were the main factors affecting their cognition. Among them, middle-aged(50~65 years old and above), married, district, college/university or above and income levels below 50 000 yuan/year had higher overall recognition.CONCLUSION Various forms of publicity of community health service functions, strengthening service quality, government leadership,and improving operational mechanisms, thereby guiding residents to fully and correctly recognize community health service centers and truly play their role as health gatekeepers.
