规范化护理管理控制口腔医院感染的效果探究

目的:探究规范化护理管理控制口腔医院感染的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月本院收治的口腔科患者104例实施常规护理管理,设为对照组;选取2018年2月-2019年2月本院收治的口腔科患者104例实施规范化护理管理,设为观察组,两组分别收集300份卫生指标样本进行检测,比较两组实施管理中的卫生指标合格率以及口腔科院内感染发生率,同时比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组的医疗器械、手部卫生以及空气质量等卫生指标合格率高于对照组,同时观察组患者的护理满意度(96.15%)也高于对照组患者(80.77%),且观察组的口腔院内感染发生率(1.92%)低于对照组(15.38%)(P<0.05)。结论:在控制口腔医院感染的管理中采用规范化护理管理,能有效提高口腔医院卫生合格率,降低口腔科院内感染发生率,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Study on the effect of standardized nursing management on controlling oral nosocomial infection

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing management on controlling nosocomial oral infection.Methods:104 cases of dental patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the control group for routine nursing management.104 cases of dental patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group to implement standardized nursing management.Each group collected 300 samples of health indicators for testing.The acceptance rate of health indicators and the incidence of oral nosocomial infection in the two groups were compared,and the nurs?ing satisfaction of patients in the two groups was also compared.Results:The acceptance rate of medical devices,hand hygiene,air quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observa?tion group(96.15%)was higher than that in the control group(80.77%),and the incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group(1.92%)was lower than that in the control group(15.38%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting standardized nursing management in the management of controlling oral nosocomial infection can effectively improve the hygienic qualification rate of oral hospital,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
