摘    要:肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome, IBS)是一种功能性胃肠疾病,其临床症状主要为腹痛或腹部不适,并伴有排便习惯和粪便性状的改变。IBS不仅严重影响患者的生活质量,且增加他们的精神压力和经济负担。近年来,饮食疗法在IBS治疗过程中的潜在作用越来越受到人们的重视。因此,本文就蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素D及短链脂肪酸在IBS治疗中作用的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Irritable bowel syndrome is a functional gastrointestinal disease characterized by abdominal pain or discomfort with altered bowel habits and stool characteristics. IBS not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients, but also increases their mental stress and financial burden. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the potential role of dietary therapy in the treatment of IBS. This article reviews the research progress on the role of protein, dietary fiber, vitamin D and short-chain fatty acid in the treatment of IBS.
