| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究和应用游离下唇组织瓣移植修复上唇唇裂术后继发畸形的临床和理论基础。方法 :切取全层下唇正中组织瓣1.0～1.5cm宽的复合瓣植入上唇切口内 ,让左右上唇红缘弓与游离瓣唇红缘弓三者平行对准 ,并分别缝合粘膜、肌肉及皮肤。结果 :本组17例均获得成功 ,达到正常存活 ,移植瓣与两侧正常唇部形态 ,外形及美观均达到一致。游离下唇瓣相对缩短术后周期 ,进食方便 ,不需要Π期断蒂。在手术后较为简捷。结论 :游离下唇瓣移植作为唇裂术后继发畸形的整形美容 ,所要达到的效果实为一种理想方法。渗透性血液供给营养 ,继而新生毛细血管形成。游离唇瓣不吻合唇动脉是可以成活的

| Abstract: | Objective: The free lower lip flap technique was applied to repair the secondary deformitis of bilateral or unilateral and the healing mechanism was investigated. Method: The free lower lip flap was designed about 1.0～1.5 cm that was transplanted to incisive region of upper lip. Results: All cases of patients were operated successfully and the transplanted flaps were consistent with bilateral normal lip regions in external shape. Conclusion: The free lower flap could obtain enough blood from three surfaces of surgical wound of upper lip to rebuild new capillaries rapidly. |
