强迫障碍病人的认知行为干预效果观察

摘    要:目的]观察强迫障碍病人的认知行为干预效果。方法]将60例强迫障碍病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,两组均给予常规药物治疗和常规精神科护理,观察组在此基础上进行认知行为干预。干预8周后,运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定干预效果。结果]观察组病人干预后SCL-90、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]认知行为干预可减轻强迫障碍病人强迫症状,促进疾病的康复。
